Abstract Submission

Registrant may submit abstracts of his or her work for E-poster presentation.It is expected that the abstracts will include original data and not previously published in a peer-review journal or the proceedings of any International/National meeting. Only those abstracts that will be reviewed and selected by the abstract review committee may be presented. Abstract submission will only be accepted electronically through the abstract submission module. Do not submit your abstract on email will not be considered/accepted.

Presentation Categories:
E-Poster Presentation

Abstract Length:

  • The body of an abstract should be no more than 300 words
  • Title of an abstract should be no more than 30 words, maximum.

Author Names:
Do not use titles (Dr.) or degrees (Ph.D.). The relative contribution superscript should be listed after each author.

Scientific abstract must contain:

  • A descriptive title, list of authors (in the desired order), their respective departments and institutions
  • An introduction / rationale to the study
  • The material and methods used
  • The results of the study including new data not previously published or presented at a major national or international meeting

Abstract structure (content shall be segmented by the following headings):

  • 1. Introduction/ Rationale
  • 2. Material and Methods
  • 3. Results
  • 4. Conclusions

Important Dates:

  • Opening of Online Abstract submission - 1st January 2025
  • Abstract Submission deadline - 28th February 2025
  • Abstracts reviewing & Announcement of Acceptance/Rejection deadline - 31st March 2025

Registration:

  • Only Abstracts of registered delegates will be considered for presentation. All abstract submitters must register within one week of the abstract acceptance ie by 7th May 2025.
